Services provided free for all at Special Woodstock

The committee that has planned this festival over the years have worked hard to provide all the necessary services to ensure a good, safe and comfortable time is had by all.

Feel free to offer any suggestions to the front gate as to anything that we may have missed and may be able to include in the future

Wheelchair accessible porta potties

We have many porta potties throughout the grounds with Wheelchair accessibility.

Flush Toilets

Flush toilets are in the Providence Farm chapel on the main floor

Adult changing area

The adult changing area is in the tent behind the t shirt and merchandise table. It has total privacy with a bed, a lift, and emergency supplies

Special Diets Area

Adjacent to the music instrument workshop where all of the picnic tables are under a shelter overlooking the band stage is the special diets area.

Here you are welcome to use the blender, the microwave and the commercial fridge to prepare meals for your clients.

Please label and wrap your food that is left in the refrigerator and it will be monitored by someone with their food safety certificate until you come to claim it.

St Johns Ambulance First Aid services

St Johns Ambulance volunteers will be onsite for emergencies as well as for bee stings, etc. Look for their ambulance by the geeting station

Musical Instrument Workshop

Join our volunteers under the big tent to create a musical instrument! Free!

This is located beside the Special Diets area

Can't begin to tell you about how warm, friendly and joyful this event is. Such a positive vibe here. I get watery eyes just thinking about it. :)
